3. Sharing Your Poetry

The main focus of Poets Inkwell is giving you the right environment and tools to share your poetry and express yourself.

When adding your poetry, you will be provided with familiar word processing functionality - change your font, colour, alignment and much more. We believe that this way you can better present your poetry and the messages and meaning will be easier understood.

You can categorise each of your poems by over sixty recognised forms, from Acrostic to Whitney, with more being added as they become relevant. Full descriptions and advice on using the poetic forms are provided.

All your poetry will be available to view from either your profile page, by using the site search, from the "review" section and various other places throughout the site.

Your poems are only available to fellow members of the site. We strongly recommend that you find a method to copyright your poems, whether you share them or not, and we can offer you our experience and advice on doing so.
